Gliding softly on the waters edge...

"As we grow older and realize more clearly the limitations of human happiness, we come to see that the only real and abiding pleasure in life is to give pleasure to other people."
- P. G. Wodehouse

Its true you know. The joy you get from making someone else smile is limitless...

"There are three kinds of married people in the world. First, whose marriages are arranged, I've never quite understood that, but I'm sure they know what they are doing. Then there are those who fall in love and marry their soul mates. These few, I believe, are the most fortunate people in the world. And lastly, there are those couples that marry for their parents, for money, or play it safe and marry a friend. These are the most unfortunate ones in the world...and they don't even know it. Until one day, riding the fast train of life they run into their soul mate, and are faced with the hardest question of all. "What do you do when you meet the love of your life and you're married to someone else? "What do you do?"
- Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna
Karan Johar's director comments

Luckily I fall into category two...This director never ceases to amaze me. He is probably one of the most talented individuals in the Indian cinema field, when it comes to capturing human emotions. And it leaves me wondering how he can grasp the understanding of such intense emotions so young in his life, when you would think one understands of such hurt and grief through the journey's of life.

The whispering of leaves in the wind...
under a cloudy night...
where the moon strives to be noticed...
in a lonesome park...
the whispering of the leaves in the wind...
telling each other secrets...
